Martin Hablesreiter and Sonja Stummerer run the Atelier honey & bunny in Vienna. They have as artists and researchers been dealing with food and food consumption for more than 15 years. To date they have published the following books: “Food design – von der Funktion zum Genuss,” Springer Wien NY, 2005; “Food design XL,” Springer Wien NY, 2009; and “Eat design,” Metro, Vienna, 2013. In addition, they also directed the documentary film “Food Design”, 2008.

Currently, Sonja Stummerer and Martin Hablesreiter are collaborating with Beate Koller and Christian Rammel on the interdisciplinary project “Postindustrialized Food Design,” an attempt to unite science and art through performance and design.
