Giroptic, based in Lille - France and an office in San Francisco - usa, specializes in 360° imaging technology. After 6 years of research and development and 4 generations of products, Giroptic has developed and patented a unique real-time image fusion process from multiple sensors. On may 20th 2014, Giroptic launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund its first consumer product : the Giroptic 360cam with three lenses and three microphones that allow to capture everything that goes above, bellow and all around.

Born from a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, in 45 days, the startup raised over $1.4 million, thus becoming France’s largest crowdfunding campaign.
