Prof. Vincent Castronovo is a gynecologist-obstetrician, oncologist and senologist. He's head of the Biology branch at Faculty of Medicine at the University of Liege. He dealed with nutritional and functional medicine for 20 years and teaches the key role of a healthy, balanced diet for optimal health.
The Hippocratonomie developed by Arabelle and Vincent is a new science using gastronomy to prevent or cure medical conditions.
